Q: I forgot my username or password. How can I login?
A: Go to either the "Shopper" or "Store Login" page depending on the type of registration. Then where it says
"Forget your login information?" enter your registered email address and submit the form. Your login information will be sent by email.
Q: How can I be notified of new T-shirts?
A: Register as a shopper by clicking on "Register as a Shopper" and filling out the form. Shopper Login and scroll down to where it says "New T-shirt Notifications". Select the types of T-shirts you want to be notified of and submit the form.
Q: How do I upload my photo in the dressing room?
A: Register as a shopper and login. Then click the "Shopping Cart / Dressing Room " link on thehome page or "Show Basket" link on the T-shirt page. Scroll down to where it says "Add a photo to this page" and click "Browse". Find the photo you want to upload on your computer, select it, and hit "ok". Then click "Upload Photo".
Q: How do I post a T-shirt Wanted ad in the store newsletter?
A: Register and login as a user. Scroll down to where it says "Place a Free T-shirt Wanted Ad". Enter the description of the T-shirt and submit the form.
Q: What does it costs to list my T-shirts in the directory?
A: All stores that join get 1 free T-shirt listing. Stores that join the T-shirt Wheel get 25 free T-shirt listings. Unlimited T-shirt listings are available for \$10/mo.
Q: Do you charge a percentage of each sale to list T-shirts?
A: No. The only charge to list T-shirts is $10 a month for unlimited listings.
Q: Will allow stores to list T-shirts on a percentage of each sale?
A: Yes. If they have an affiliate program that tracks sales and T-shirt Shopper agrees to join the program, they can list T-shirts by sales percentage instead of paying $10 a month for unlimited listings.
Q: How do I order T-shirts?
A: Click the "Buy" button underneath the T-shirt photo. You will then be sent to the stores's order form or website.
Q: How do I advertise?
A: There are currently two ways to advertise, Featured T-shirt advertising and Banner advertising. You can advertise a banner up to 620x200 pixels in size at the top of each page of T-shirt Shopper for $100 a month. You get an unlimited amount of impressions and click-throughs each month. Featured T-shirt advertising allows a T-shirt store to list a T-shirt in the featured T-shirt section of each page of T-shirt Shopper. Featured T-shirts are charged per click at .10 a click. Click-throughs are ordered in quantities of 500 for $50. Members can order advertising by logging in to their membership page and going to the order form or going to the "Advertising" page on the home page.
Q: How can I join the T-shirt Wheel?
A: First add your T-shirt store to the directory by clicking "Add Your Store" on the home page. Then add the T-shirt Wheel code to your home page or product page. Click the "Join T-shirt Wheel" link on the home page. Highlight and copy the T-shirt Wheel HTML code in the text box. Edit your home page or product page and add the code somewhere on the page. Once your store is added to the directory the T-shirt Wheel will become active.
Q: How do I vote for a T-shirt?
A: View a T-shirt by clicking on it's thumbnail, and click the "Vote" button.
Q: I ordered a T-shirt and haven't received it yet. Who should I contact?
A: You need to contact the store you ordered the T-shirt from in the directory. If you don't know what store you ordered from, try doing a search for the T-shirt you bought in the directory. View the T-shirt and click the link under the T-shirt photo next to where it says "from:". It will take you to the store's website. Their contact information should be somewhere on their website.

A: You need to contact the store selling the T-shirt. View the T-shirt you have a question about and click the link next to "From:" underneath the T-shirt Photo. It will take you to the store's website. Their contact information should be somewhere on their website.
Q: How can I win Free T-shirts?
A: Register and login as a user. Scroll down to where it says "Update Personal Information" and fill out the form completely. Then scroll down to where it says "Free T-shirt Contests" and click the "Enter T-shirt Drawings" Button. Click the "Enter" button next to the contest you want to enter.
Q: How do I search for T-shirts?
A: Enter a Keyword in the Quick Search form on the home page and click "Search" or click "Advanced Search" to search by material, brand, color, size, style, type, features, price, popularity, or newest.
Q: How do I switch between the T-shirt and the T-shirt Store directory?
A: When in the T-shirt directory click the "BROWSE T-SHIRT STORES" link. When in the T-shirt Store directory click the "SHOP FOR T-SHIRTS" link.
