Participating members give T-shirt Shopper permission to use their web site's internet addresses and/or permission to display the contents of their web sites. And participating members give T-shirt Shopper permission to display and use the internet addresses of images from their web site. T-shirt Shopper reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine whether sites may participate. T-shirt Shopper retains ownership and all rights to the T-shirt Shopper name, logo, software, databases, reports, web site, and information. T-shirt Shopper reserves the right to restrict the use of its name, system, logo, software, lists, databases, reports, and any information created or obtained by T-shirt Shopper. However, each individual web site may use the T-shirt Shopper name, logo, and/or banner ads in the promotion of the site. Members acknowledge and agree that their web site information (name, URL, traffic counts, etc.) may be utilized by T-shirt Shopper. Possible uses include (but are not limited to) lists of the most popular sites, lists of most popular T-shirts, etc. All members agree to utilize the services of T-shirt Shopper at their own risk. T-shirt Shopper, its administrators, partners and sponsors cannot be held liable for any damage or loss of information that may occur from the use of the services of T-shirt Shopper. Although we will make a reasonable effort to provide a high standard of quality for our services, T-shirt Shopper makes no guarantees of any kind regarding the dependability, accuracy, or timeliness of the services of T-shirt Shopper. The information provided by T-shirt Shopper to members may be proprietary in nature. You agree to defend, indemnify and hold T-shirt Shopper harmless from and against any and all claims, losses, liability costs and expenses (including but not limited to attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of this Agreement or any third-party's rights, including but not limited to infringement of any copyright, violation of any proprietary right and invasion of any privacy rights. This obligation will survive any termination of this Agreement.

Payment Methods: Select the Methods of payment that are available at your web site. Select more than one by holding down the ctrl key

Shipping: Use this field to enter shipping information such as shipping method, price, and delivery time.
